Meet Virtual Marketing Assistant, Terry Green

In 1991, long before the Internet was familiar to everyone, Terry L. Green launched what would become one of the most well-known and respected Virtual Assistance businesses in the US.

When Fastype was first started by Terry, it operated as a secretarial business serving local clients in Central Ohio. The services offered included, “secretarial work, clerical services, resume preparation, address label management” and Fastype boasted “word processing, desktop publishing, fax and laser printing capabilities.”

Fastype has come a long way since then, thanks mostly to tremendous advances in technology that took place during the time in which Terry was in business. The Internet opened up endless possibilities for Fastype and Terry soon discovered that there were many women across the world providing “remote” secretarial services just as she was. In 2004, Terry broadened the scope of Fastype by becoming a Virtual Assistant and found herself part of an exciting new industry that would bring her secretarial business to a whole new level.

Today Fastype operates as a multi-VA company with Terry, backed by a strong team of qualified associates – all virtual marketing assistants - providing services tailored to professional speakers, consultants, Internet Marketers and coaches worldwide. It’s been a long time since Fastype’s client base was limited to Central Ohio and Terry’s clients now span the globe from the United States and Canada to New Zealand, Antigua, Singapore, Sweden and many points in between.

Fastype’s service list has changed tremendously and services are now offered solely in the areas of executive assistance and Internet marketing assistance and implementation for coaches, speakers, consultants and info-marketers. Some of these marketing assistance services include shopping cart management, custom WordPress Blogs and WishList membership sites, InfusionSoft set-up and support, ezine and blog submission and design and formatting of ebooks.

Terry’s 30 years of experience in administrative support and her strong passion for customer service have contributed to her being one of the most respected Virtual Assistants in the industry. This industry leader is VACertified and a Certified Master Virtual Assistant.

When Terry isn’t behind her impeccably organized desk, she can be found spending time with her husband Jim (who is also a member of the Fastype team), one of her three children and/or her granddaughter. Terry has a great appreciation for good food and drink and enjoys nothing more than a rare steak and a juicy lobster tail followed by an ice cold beer.
